Our many years of experience and broad expertise guarantee the realization of controlled environment facilities, such as (GMP) cleanrooms and (containment) laboratories, that meet your desired classification, standards, regulations and preconditions in every detail. We have been doing this for more than 30 years for clients in the Hightech, Bio- & Life Science and Healthcare sectors. This gives us the opportunity to fall back on a broad spectrum of accumulated knowledge and experience and to always find innovative solutions to the various challenges during the design and engineering process as well as the realization of turnkey projects!
Together with our PP4CE partners, it is possible to realize a turnkey project. From the guidance in the preparation of the URS (User Requirements Specifications) to the execution of a complete design and engineering process is what we offer. The design process today requires a Risk Based Approach, so a close teamwork with the stakeholders in this. The engineering process is carried out on the basis of the well-known (ISPE) V-model and completed with the plan for the commissioning (Cx) and qualification (OQ) process.
If necessary, prior to the engineering process we make a Point-Cloud 3D scan to gain insight into every detail of the building. Then we start with a sketch design drawn in Autocad or simply drawn with ruler and pencil. Eventually, during the engineering process, this develops into a final 3D Revit model. Together with our partners, we use this model to perform clash checks and are able to optimally build our demarcation list. Finally, based on the output from the Revit model, our orders can be sent out. In our production facilities, the modules are then produced to millimeter accuracy to ensure fast and completely correct assembly of the precast parts.
Increasingly, we are working with the addition of a broad spectrum of information in the BIM model. Using QR codes, it is possible to view or download product sheets, maintenance and cleaning instructions, detailed drawings or test reports, among other things, behind each model part.
