Our many years of experience and broad expertise ensure the successful implementation of controlled-environment facilities, such as (GMP) cleanrooms and (containment) laboratories, that meet your desired classification, standards, regulations, and requirements down to the finest detail. We have been doing this for more than 30 years for clients in sectors including high-tech, bio- and life sciences, and healthcare. This allows us to draw on a broad spectrum of accumulated knowledge and experience and to consistently find innovative solutions to the various challenges that arise during the design and engineering process, as well as in the implementation of turnkey projects.
Together with our PP4CE partners, we can deliver a turnkey project. Our services range from assisting with the development of the URS (User Requirements Specifications) to carrying out a complete design and engineering process. Today’s design process requires a risk-based approach, which means close teamwork with the relevant stakeholders. The engineering process is carried out based on the well-known (ISPE) V-model and is complemented by a plan for the commissioning (Cx) and qualification (OQ) phases.
If necessary, we perform a 3D point-cloud scan prior to the engineering process to gain a detailed understanding of the building. We then begin with a preliminary design, either drawn in AutoCAD or simply sketched with a ruler and pencil. This eventually evolves into a final 3D Revit model during the engineering process. Together with our partners, we use this model to perform clash detection checks and are able to optimally structure our demarcation list. Finally, based on the output from the Revit model, we can place our orders. In our production facilities, the modules are then manufactured with millimeter precision to ensure the rapid and completely accurate assembly of the prefabricated components.
We are increasingly incorporating a wide range of information into the BIM model. Using QR codes, it is possible to view or download product sheets, maintenance and cleaning instructions, detailed drawings, or test reports for each model component.
