Innovative facilities for the next generation.

The world for the next generation is being created in a cleanroom where it’s possible to work with particles the size of nanometers (one-millionth of a millimeter), or in a cutting-edge office building where the rules of collaboration and creation are being redefined.

But that world can also take shape in a sports facility where a top athlete can prepare optimally for the most important competition of the year, in a university research lab, or in a 150-unit residential complex where people relax and recharge. What connects these worlds? Ultimately, every world revolves around people. In these environments, people are inspired and empowered to contribute to the world of tomorrow.

SRBA Group is working hard to drive the digital transition; we aim to be a pioneer—from engineering and design through automation and, potentially in the future, the robotization of production. We must use raw materials more efficiently; that is why SRBA Group will increasingly promote and deliver contributions in the area of circularity.

By 2026, we will achieve group sales > €100 million with healthy and stable returns.
Within 2 years we want to be an example on the Benelux market with certified care systems in quality, environment and safety.
Every employee comes and goes to and from their workplace every day in good health.
We work continuously to further develop new innovative products and services for the continuous provision of optimal customer-oriented solutions.

Aware that employees are the human capital of the SRBA GROUP, the EHSQ (Environment, Health, Safety & Quality) policy is aimed at achieving internationally targeted results.
