If necessary, corrective work can also be performed under cleanroom conditions.
By the way, many cleanroom users are often surprised to hear that the cleanroom should be validated annually. This is clearly stated in ISO 14644-2, Article 5! GMP cleanrooms class C and D should also be validated annually, the B and A classified facilities even semi-annually. Incidentally, in the GMP market segment, this fact is well known to cleanroom operators.

Our standard warranty period is 2 years for walls, ceilings, fixtures, etc. and one year for all moving parts. This warranty period can be extended to 5 years for all parts! In that case, we conclude a 5-year maintenance contract. By the way, this is usually done in cooperation with the W-installer, in our case normally with Kuijpers or other well-known installers. It is also those W-installers who usually take over the 24/7 emergency call function.
More and more we are talking about Life Cycle Cost! (LCC) In relation to that issue, one needs to understand many disciplines and one of them is the expected costs based on a multi-year plan. Ultimately, a client may consider setting up an Asset Management care system in accordance with the ISO 55001 standard.
