By the way, many cleanroom users are often surprised to hear that the cleanroom should be validated annually. This is clearly stated in ISO 14644-2, Article 5! GMP cleanrooms class C and D should also be validated annually, the B and A classified facilities even semi-annually. Our standard warranty period is 2 years for walls, ceilings, fixtures, etc. and one year for all moving parts. This warranty period can be extended to 5 years for all parts! In that case, we conclude a 5-year maintenance contract. By the way, this is usually done in cooperation with the W-installer, in our case normally with Kuijpers or other well-known installers.
