“With the investment in an additional cleanroom at the Brainport Industries Campus, ATM Oirschot has successfully opened its second location, significantly enhancing its cleaning capacity.
At this new facility, KMWE products will undergo treatment for as well new builds as re-use parts, thereby increasing capacity for external clients at our Oirschot site.
To further support the expansion of our grade 2 cleaning capabilities for the semiconductor industry, we have installed a solvent cleaning machine, along with two types of RGA scanners and a bake-out oven.The collaboration with SRBA and ABN Cleanroom Technology was satisfactory and completed within the agreed timeframe.“We are grateful to our partners SRBA Group and ABN Cleanroom Technology for their exceptional work and dedication throughout this project.This successful collaboration marks a significant milestone in our journey towards sustainable and innovative cleanroom solutions.”

The ISO 14644 class 6 and 7 project was 550 m2 big and had cleanroom ceiling heights of 3 and 5 m.The plenum with al the HVAC units installed in it, based on the VIX concept, had an extra height of 1,5 m. The biggest challenge was the limited time for the realization of the complete project including the Crane and interior! We started with a kick-off engineering meeting 29 januari 2024 and had a flying start at the beginning half March. The commissioning and validation took place in the end of June. We like to thank all partners involved in this beautiful project as there are ABN Cleanroom Technology, Mennens Clearoom Cranes, Brugmans Flooring, WERO Cleaning and SRBA Interior.
