SRBA Maintenance

As a Working Foreman Service & Maintenance you will work at one of the largest finishing companies in the Netherlands. At the SRBA Maintenance department you will mostly be dealing with long-term construction maintenance contracts, service jobs and/or small renovation and new construction projects.

Tasks

• As a cooperating foreman you are responsible for performing assembly work and/or maintenance work on finishing elements in the private, but especially industrial and utility market.

• You manage other mechanics on various projects;

• You ensure order and cleanliness at the assembly site;

• You are responsible for proper project organization;

• You contribute to the quality, planning and safety of the work;

Job Requirements

• You have a vmbo education towards Construction and have an acceptable superiority in kind in order to pleasantly lead the team in which you work;

• You have technical understanding and experience in the construction industry, experience in the finishing industry is a plus;

• it is important that you speak good Dutch;

• You hold your VCA-VOL certificate or are willing to obtain it;

• You have a driver's license BE;

• You are a real team-player and you want to literally create something beautiful with your colleagues;

• You have the right attitude and are willing to go that "little extra" when needed
