This is what you will do

You ensure that everything runs like clockwork before the supervisors get to work. As construction planner you arrange the materials, check the drawings and keep a close eye on the planning. You are the liaison between the office, the construction site and our suppliers. Thanks to you, the team can work outside without surprises.

Work includes:

• Independently provide work preparation for the projects;
• Preparation of planning, delivery and call-off schedules;
• Control and coordinate drawing work and calculations;
• pulling out quantities
• Ordering material/material etc. within the set budget and time agreements;
• Recording and calculating additional and less work in consultation with project management;
• Preparing work plans and completion files;
• Frequent contact with project managers, superintendents, clients and subcontractors.
