Duties:

In this position you will work as an independent calculator/work planner in a medium-sized team on the calculations and technical substantiation of commercial quotations for customers at home and abroad. If necessary, you will maintain contacts with suppliers.

You therefore have responsibility for controlling and executing the entire calculation process, including the preparation of quotations. If required, you make drawings (Autocad and Revit) and/or coordinate the drawing work with the draughtsman.

You are accountable to the Main Business Office and maintain internal contact with the sales manager, who establishes and maintains contact with customers. After issuing an order, as a work planner you take care of the purchase of the necessary materials and hand over the work to the project manager. During the implementation period you will maintain contact with the project management and support them with purchasing activities where necessary.

Job requirements

• High school education in construction or equivalent through work experience;

• Hands-on experience in estimating, work preparation and execution on finishing related work;

• Knowledge of MS-Office: Word and Excel;

• Knowledge of English language in word and writing is required;

• You are well versed in Autocad and possibly BIM / Revit;

• Good oral and written communication skills;

• Customer focus;

• Performance-oriented work attitude: setting high standards for one's own work;
