Our clients include restaurants, retail stores, shopping centers, and offices throughout the Netherlands.

You’ll be working as part of a small, dedicated team. In addition to technical expertise, flexibility, customer-friendliness, service, communication, speed, and quality are key priorities. In this role, you’ll be based at Designer Outlet Roermond, where you’ll be responsible for performing various maintenance and facilities management tasks. At SRBA Facility Management, you’ll primarily work for regular clients with whom we have long-term (structural/technical) maintenance contracts.

Job Description

As an All-Around Handyman, you will be responsible for a wide range of maintenance and management tasks. Your duties will include, among other things:

• Maintenance and Management of Water/Energy Systems
• Construction work
• Repairs to technical and structural systems
• Troubleshooting and Resolving Issues

You play a key role for our clients and ensure that they have everything taken care of. In this role, you’ll monitor quality, customer satisfaction, and the budget. You’ll have a great deal of freedom to carry out your work—either independently or in collaboration with colleagues.

In addition, you will contribute to a safe work environment, effective planning, and the quality of all work performed.

• You are a skilled handyman
• You are service- and solution-oriented
• You hold a VCA-VOL certificate or are willing to obtain one
• You have an eye for quality and take pride in delivering high-quality, professional work
• You ensure order and cleanliness at the assembly site
• You are fluent in English
