For the benefit of Mead Johnson Nutrition, a small cleanroom of approximately 65 m2 was constructed in the first half of 2015, containing a sample room, laboratory and sluice. The cleanroom built by SRBA Controlled Environments (SRBA CE) meets GMP standards and the various rooms have ISO 14644 grades 7 and 8.

On the inside, the walls are constructed of plasterboard with HPL sheet material fully flush applied to it (GVMS). The outside of the clean room is constructed of Omega profiles with Melamine sheet material. The ceiling is our PPM 100 system, fully walkable.

Air treatment in the various rooms is achieved by several Filter Fan Units, integrated into the ceiling. The lighting was supplied by ICP and consists of a number of 60×60 cm. LED panels. The further E&W components were carried out in-house.

The lock and the laboratory are equipped with various pieces of custom-made furniture (HPL finished) by SRBA Clean Interior, stainless steel facilities in the sample room as well as collision safeguards were part of the assignment.
